Role Overview
You’ll be joining our Zephyr Mobile team. In this role you’ll be making sure our Games and Ads are working effectively, and making sure our user base is having a great experience.You will be monitoring reviews and feedback from our userbase and working closely with our Quality Assurance team to resolve any issues.
Key Responsibilities Advertising performance check. Respond to user inquiries and handle complaints. Collect users’ feedback & feature requests. Arrange customer research and competitor analysis. Work with a cross-functional team (Assist Product/Project Managers, QA Engineers). Track user sentiment in real time. Provide regular feedback on common issues. Gather and analyze user information. Some knowledge or experience with web or app Quality Control processes. Using Appbot, Jira, Zendesk, Slack, Miro.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Russian; Experience in Customer Support or similar role. Understanding of how CRM systems work. Multi-tasking abilities. Patience when handling tough cases. Familiarity with the gaming industry is a plus. Experience in Zendesk is a plus.
