We are currently looking for a new team member to join an international company and support users across different locations within an IT Service Desk environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for IT support and strong communication skills.

What you will do:

  • Provide first-line technical support via phone, email or internal systems
  • Register and manage incoming incidents and service requests
  • Track and update tickets with relevant information throughout the resolution process
  • Communicate effectively with users regarding progress and solutions
  • Escalate issues in line with internal procedures
  • Ensure service quality and SLA compliance
  • Handle user inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate documentation and protect user data

What we're looking for:

  • Very good command of German and English (C1 level)
  • Previous experience in IT support or Service Desk environment (min. 1 year)
  • Ability to troubleshoot mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows)
  • Familiarity with common IT issues – registry fixes, security tools, patch upgrades, encryption, VPN, etc.
  • Basic networking knowledge is an advantage
  • Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving approach
