Job Description:Promise Group is a leading Microsoft partner in the CEE region, offering a wide range of products and services for clients from various economic sectors, including finance, telecommunications, media, energy, manufacturing, trade, services, public administration, education, and healthcare. Promise Group specializes in software licensing optimization, IT systems design, implementation, maintenance, and business application development.
We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Solution Sales Professional ModernWork
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers to identify digital transformation opportunities.
- Develop strategies and execute end-to-end sales.
- Deliver product presentations and webinars.
- Define marketing priorities for Modern Work solutions.
- Present and demonstrate the value of Microsoft technologies (M365, Teams, SharePoint, Viva, Power Platform, PureView, Copilot).
- Lead consultative conversations and collaborate on sales opportunities.
- Manage pipeline and ensure forecast accuracy.
- Complete required training and certifications.
- Identify high-potential customers and support project execution.
- Partner with Service Delivery, Account Managers, and Microsoft representatives to sell and deliver solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Orchestrate resources to accelerate deal closure.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize sales agreements.
Technical Expertise:
- Act as a subject matter expert, sharing best practices and competitive insights.
- Lead technical demonstrations and showcase Microsoft solutions.
- Address technical objections and guide customers through implementation.
- Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
Our Requirements:
- 3+ years of technology-related sales experience.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft technologies in the Modern Work area (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Viva, Power Platform, PureView, Copilot for M365).
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to drive digital transformation through innovative technology solutions.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts.
