HR Business Partner at Kramp

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the implementation of HR processes in assigned departments and teams according to strategy and global standards.
  • Close collaboration with managers in identifying and developing employees' potential.
  • Design and implement development programs for teams, conducting training and workshops focusing on skill development, leadership, and effectiveness.
  • Participation in recruitment processes.
  • Initiate and participate in Employer Branding activities.
  • Participate in international projects supporting employee development and engagement.
  • Provide support in employee relations, including internal communication, organizational culture aligned with values, and integration.
  • Ensure accurate and complete data in our HR systems and document flow.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of operational experience in the HR field.
  • Higher education (preferred fields: Human Resource Management, Sociology, Psychology, etc.).
  • Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to reason and persuade based on data.
  • Flexibility and the ability to react quickly to changes.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to continuously learn and improve skills.
  • Experience working in an international organization will be an advantage.
