In this role, you will:

  1. Confirm and collect supplier contacts, working with regional and global category managers.
  2. Process new supplier onboarding requests through the supplier portal and perform the required risk assessments.
  3. Track and report phases of onboarding for each vendor contacted and serve as the supplier point of contact.
  4. Develop working knowledge of supplier portal to enable seamless onboarding and to empower the ability to answer questions.
  5. Resolve issues, concerns, or questions related to the new platform.
  6. Review and process Master Data change requests submitted via the supplier portal or the group mailbox.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  1. Fluent English (both oral and written)
  2. Master Data or relevant field experience
  3. Knowledge of Coupa Supplier Portal and SAP (it is an asset)
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  5. Ability to maintain and update the procurement catalogue database accurately and thoroughly.
