Sales Manager/ Trader for the Polish paraffin market, Warsaw

We are a medium-sized trading company in paraffin oil and chemical products, acting as an ideal link between the European and Eastern European markets.
About the PositionThis is an extremely interesting position that provides a high degree of design flexibility. The Sales Manager / Trader will be responsible for preparing offers and conducting contract negotiations to successful conclusions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing offers and negotiating contracts with clients;
- Distributing or selling paraffin wax and other chemicals to industrial customers, supported by initial customer service;
- Acquiring new customers and negotiating with Polish refineries.
- Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, fluency, and goal-oriented mindset;
- Strong teamwork skills with a high level of commitment and responsibility;
- Sales experience or a strong affinity for distribution;
- Self-motivated with leadership ability;
- Completed training;
- Very good Polish and English language skills, both written and spoken; Russian or German language skills are a plus;
- Industry experience in paraffin oil and chemical trade;
- Good knowledge of standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.);
- Driver's license and car required.
The ideal candidate will have willingness to perform, a commercial education, and professional experience in the chemical or petroleum market. They should know the mechanisms of this market segment and leverage their existing contacts accordingly. Experience in handling international business and high-quality Polish and English language skills are mandatory.
