Sales Leadership Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, motivating the team, and fostering strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT outsourcing industry. They should possess strong negotiation skills, be able to speak with senior decision-makers, and have a deep understanding of market trends.
The role involves leading and supporting a team of Business Development Managers, helping the team find new clients and negotiate deals, and monitoring team performance and providing feedback.
Key Accountabilities
The Sales Manager will be responsible for creating and following a sales strategy for IT outsourcing services. They will ensure the team meets sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze market trends, and find new business opportunities.
The Sales Manager will also oversee the full sales process, from first contact to contract signing, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and work with the delivery team to ensure high-quality service for clients.
Additionally, the Sales Manager will prepare sales reports, track team performance, and improve sales processes based on data and feedback.
