This strategic hire will bring exceptional leadership skills, industry expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding results. As a Sales Manager at Lama Properties, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, enhancing our market presence, and strengthening client relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth, optimize market share, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Team Development & Leadership: Foster a culture of excellence within the sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure they reach their full potential.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, developers, and investors, securing repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Intelligence & Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in a leadership or management capacity.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate high-performing sales teams.
  • A strong track record of sales success, with a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets in luxury real estate.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Multilingual advantage, with fluency in English and Polish (additional languages are a plus).
