At PİK GLOBAL, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior National Sales Manager to join our team in Poland.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to establish and manage strong business relationships with food wholesalers and supermarket chains in Poland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and distribution processes of fruits and vegetables imported from Turkey and various European countries.

Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Establish and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand the existing client portfolio.
  2. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, analyze demand, and provide insights to inform sales decisions.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including food wholesalers and supermarket chains.
  4. Sales Performance Management: Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
Requirements
  1. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in wholesale fruit and vegetable sales and the food industry.
  2. Network: A strong network of business contacts in the Polish market.
  3. Skills: Strong negotiation and sales management skills, fluency in English and/or Polish (Turkish is a plus).
  4. Culture Fit: Willingness to work in Poland at our office located in the cold storage facility and willingness to travel for business.
