Location: Warsaw, Poland (Remote Option Available)

Job Type: Full-Time (Commission-Based with Future Profit-Sharing Model)

We are looking for a motivated, visionary Sales Manager to build, lead, and grow a high-performing real estate sales team. You'll have the exciting opportunity to recruit your dream team, train and mentor them, and drive the growth of Lama Properties in both local and international markets. Your mission is to build a winning sales force and generate record-breaking revenue by closing deals and forging strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build Your Dream Sales Team: Recruit and hire your own real estate agents locally and globally, selecting candidates who fit your vision.
  2. Train & Lead: Develop your team with comprehensive training, mentorship, and motivational leadership.
  3. Drive Sales & Revenue: Ensure your team exceeds sales targets for luxury properties, off-plan developments, land sales, and more.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with investors, developers, and high-net-worth clients to drive new business and create long-term partnerships.
  5. Manage Sales Processes: Oversee property deals from start to finish, ensuring smooth negotiations and transactions.
  6. Develop Sales Strategies: Build and execute sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and lead generation plans to increase market share.
  7. Expand Market Presence: Identify opportunities to grow Lama Properties' presence in new regions and global markets.
  8. Track Team Performance: Monitor your team's performance, providing guidance and feedback, while tracking KPIs and sales metrics.
Key Requirements:
  1. Real Estate License & Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in real estate sales, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  2. Proven Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire a sales team to achieve ambitious goals.
  3. Proven Sales Success: A track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets in real estate.
  4. Client-Focused: Strong ability to build trusting, long-term relationships with clients and investors.
  5. Multilingual Advantage: Fluent in English & Polish (additional languages are a plus).
  6. Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage team workflows, and keep track of all sales activities.
  7. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems, digital tools, and real estate platforms.
