Job Description

We're seeking a talented Senior Real Estate Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of 40+ accounts encompassing both owners and brokers. Your key responsibilities will include generating new revenue, nurturing existing relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to drive success from prospecting to contract closure.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse book of owners and brokers, serving as their primary contact.
  • Analyze customer needs, usage patterns, and challenges to provide proactive support.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Negotiate contract terms, handle renewals, and close deals efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a coordinated approach.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in customer engagement and internal processes.

Your Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development in real estate or PropTech.
  • Demonstrated success managing high-volume portfolios and achieving growth targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging owners, brokers, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple deals without compromising attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience with real estate technology is a plus.
