About The Role

The Market Expansion Manager will assume a vital role in overseeing and executing our sales and marketing strategy in Poland. This position demands an individual with profound ties within the local retail sector, coupled with the ability to foster enduring, profitable relationships. The ideal candidate will oversee market operations, pinpoint growth prospects, and enact strategic actions to amplify revenue and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guarantee our products enjoy widespread availability, optimal positioning, and high visibility in the market while driving sustainable and profitable revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute sales plans aligned with our annual business strategy to augment market share, sales volume, and profitability.
  • Translate our global objectives into actionable, localized strategies tailored to the Polish retail landscape.
  • Supervise business operations in Poland, analyzing performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective measures.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with key retailers, clients, and business partners to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Chart and manage short, medium, and long-term investments for the Polish market, ensuring expected ROI is attained.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to our headquarters on market performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements

Profile Requirements

  • A demonstrated track record in a pioneering, independent role, capable of founding new business ventures.
  • Strategic connections with key retailers in Poland, coupled with a deep understanding of the local FMCG market.
  • At least 12 years of experience in the FMCG industry, including at least 5 years in a management position.
  • Fluency in English and native Polish speaker (both spoken and written).
  • Unwavering ability to detect business opportunities and propel market penetration strategies.
  • A visionary thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills and insight into prospective challenges.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, business planning, and performance analysis in Poland.
  • A flexible and independent professional with strong personal integrity and leadership abilities.
