About the Job
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Performance Manager to join our team at Unilever Brazil. As a Sales Performance Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing sales performance data to inform business decisions and drive growth and revenue.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on sales performance and progress towards goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in sales or channel marketing.
- At least 2 years' experience in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
