About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Performance Manager to join our team at Unilever Brazil. As a Sales Performance Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing sales performance data to inform business decisions and drive growth and revenue.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track sales performance.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies.
  3. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on sales performance and progress towards goals.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in sales or channel marketing.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
