Sales Effectiveness Manager

The Sales Force Effectiveness Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales force excellence across the international business unit, encompassing direct and indirect markets. The primary responsibility is to enhance and elevate sales capabilities, fostering a culture of sales force effectiveness within the organization.
This role involves close collaboration with the International Training Manager and Field Operations Manager to deliver and implement the Commercial Excellence plan. Key business partners include Training Managers, Field Operations Managers, Country Managers/Sales Managers & Business Leads, Marketing Managers, INTL Marketing Teams, and IT.
The position reports directly to the Director, International Ops Excellence & Effectiveness. As a key member of the commercial team, the Sales Force Effectiveness Manager will lead and drive sales force performance measurement, continuous improvement, and cultural philosophy adoption across all markets.
Key responsibilities include implementation of the Sales Force Effectiveness Plan focusing on key priorities, leading on sales force performance measurement and continuous improvement, driving SFE culture and philosophy across all markets, driving adoption and use of Veeva CRM and Tableau to drive better business decisions and analytics, working collaboratively with other members of the Commercial Excellence team to deliver cross-functional projects, and leading and influencing without direct authority.
