Responsibilities:

The Sales Force Effectiveness Manager will be responsible for driving sales force performance, measuring and improving it, and developing a culture of sales force effectiveness across all markets. This individual will work closely with our International Training Manager and Field Operations Manager to develop and implement the Commercial Excellence plan, ensuring seamless collaboration with key business partners.

The SFEM will also be responsible for implementing the Sales Force Effectiveness Plan, focusing on key priorities and driving sales force performance, measurement, and continuous improvement. Additionally, they will lead and drive SFE culture and philosophy across all markets, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Key Tasks:
  • Develop and implement the Commercial Excellence plan
  • Drive sales force performance, measurement and continuous improvement
  • Lead and drive SFE culture and philosophy across all markets
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field as outlined in the essential duties and 8+ years' experience in Sales Force
  • 5+ years in a Sales Force Effectiveness role or similar focused on delivering commercial excellence
  • Can demonstrate Sales Force Effectiveness commercial outputs
  • Demonstrated success directly or indirectly leading and coordinating strategic initiatives
