We are seeking an experienced sales professional who can develop and implement commercial strategies that drive sales growth and improve margins through effective up-selling and cross-selling.
About the Role- This role will involve managing and developing relationships with OEM clients to identify business opportunities and negotiate contracts.
- You will be responsible for ensuring long-term partnerships with key OEM customers.
- Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement long-term strategic partnerships with top OEM clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful development and implementation of customer-specific solutions.
- Monitor and anticipate clients' current and future needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Propose innovative technical solutions that address client challenges and enhance their operations.
Requirements
- Higher education in sales and/or marketing. Additional technical education is a plus.
- Experience in sales of technical goods, solutions, or components for OEMs.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement commercial strategies.
- Strong track record in commercial negotiations and selling skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to understand and anticipate client needs, providing innovative solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in English; native proficiency in Polish.
- Category B driving license.
