Job Summary

We are seeking a Commercial Development Manager to join our team at Rutkowski. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in supporting all communication activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional with experience in 360-degree marketing and a passion for operational work. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing Commercial Strategies: You will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to achieve our business goals.
  2. Managing Sales Channels: You will ensure the management and optimization of sales channels, including product and media campaigns, pricing, and promotions.
  3. Coordinating Activities: You will coordinate promotions and other activities for all our restaurants developed with partners - suppliers and home-delivery services.
  4. Collaboration: You will collaborate with our local marketing and communications team, POS support/IT team, and design agency to develop creative assets for various print and digital materials.
  5. Project Management: You will manage assigned tasks and projects within agreed timelines and budget effectively.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of commercial and/or marketing experience in FMCG or HoReCa industry.
  • Fluent English and native Polish language skills.
  • Experience in project management and collaboration with marketing agencies.
  • Excellent work organization and timeliness.
  • Initiative, communication skills, and openness.
  • Experience in 360-degree, B2C, and trade marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent education.
