Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Excellence Lead to join our international team. This role will be responsible for driving sales force effectiveness across the business unit, enhancing and elevating sales capabilities, and fostering a culture of sales force effectiveness within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, excellent communication skills, and experience in implementing sales force effectiveness plans. They will work closely with the International Training Manager and Field Operations Manager to deliver and implement the Commercial Excellence plan.
