About this role:

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Leader to lead our sales team in Poland. As National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for the Polish market, building high-performing teams, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy
    • Define and implement the sales strategy for the Polish market in collaboration with Epson Sales countries (ESC) Head of Sales and European Business Units
    • Lead the sales team in achieving sales targets and growing revenue in the Polish market
  • Build High-Performing Teams
    • Recruit, develop, and motivate high-performing sales teams to deliver the sales and marketing strategy
    • Ensure effective team management and coaching to drive sales performance and growth
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Collaborate with other business units, such as marketing and product development, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
    • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales objectives
  • Analyse and Improve Sales Performance
    • Analyse sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimise sales strategies
    • Develop and implement action plans to improve sales performance and grow revenue
