Job Title: Service Delivery Manager - AV Services

We are seeking a motivated and self-driven individual to lead our Audio Visual (AV) services strategy and technology roadmap. This role involves leveraging AV technology in our Medical Education Facilities to showcase our products to healthcare professionals, creating a lasting impression on visitors and course attendees.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in managing global IT and AV services, with a strong focus on engaging business stakeholders and end-users as critical success factors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of end-to-end service delivery for AV services, ensuring availability, reliability, and continuity within agreed service levels.
  • Translation of business requirements into globally aligned technical solutions through AV demand management and project delivery.
  • Management of service vendors, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and adherence to security and architectural standards.
  • Planning and leadership of AV projects, ensuring scope, schedule, financial, and quality commitments are met using agile methodologies.
  • Evaluation of existing AV technologies, identification of areas for improvement, and implementation of enhancements to voice, video, and collaboration infrastructure.
  • Proactive monitoring of AV systems to identify and resolve issues before they impact end-users, leveraging metrics-based management practices.
  • Collaboration with IT competency centers and shared services teams to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Over 10 years of IT or AV integrator experience, including at least 5 years in service and delivery management roles within global, complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of End User Computing Services, digital workplace technologies, and hybrid working environments.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English, with the ability to operate effectively in multicultural, global settings.
  • Self-driven and accountable, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to align efforts toward common goals in a VUCA environment.
  • Analytical and results-oriented, with expertise in designing, planning, and delivering projects to meet time, cost, and quality targets.
  • Hands-on experience with AV technologies, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and hybrid collaboration or digital workplace solutions.
