The Team:

The Global Invoicing Subject Matter Expert is responsible for ongoing invoicing process expertise to ensure effective change and improvement of the process along with compliance to audit and regulatory requirements. In addition, the role involves monitoring and reporting process performance and identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to drive process efficiency and effectiveness in the billing area globally. The Global Invoicing Subject Matter Expert is the point of escalation in case of problematic process area cases.

Requirements:
  1. Experience in invoicing environment (at least 3 years)
  2. Experience in projects and creating new initiatives
  3. Teamwork, communication, customer and stakeholder service skills along with a can-do attitude
  4. Proficiency in interacting and building relationships with stakeholders
  5. Time management & problem-solving skills, professionalism, drive and resilience
  6. Ability to give and receive feedback
  7. Ability to analyze and present data, advanced use of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  8. SOX working knowledge and Oracle experience
