Role Overview

The Sales Support Admin will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the sales team, streamlining sales processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a deep knowledge of the Oracle system, excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize knowledge of the Oracle system to effectively support sales operations and processes
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of efforts
  • Create campaigns in the system as per the requested specifications
  • Develop on-demand reports and scorecards to provide valuable insights to the sales team
  • Extract field inventory data from various sources and systems
  • Provide support and partnership in data management role, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel to analyze and interpret sales data
  • Pay exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and deliverables
  • Leverage a passion for data-driven insights to identify opportunities and drive improvements
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments to meet tight deadlines
  • Effectively communicate complex information related to sales operations and processes
  • Build and maintain strong and effective business relationships with our stakeholders, managers, and sales field executives
Qualifications
  • University degree
  • Full proficiency in English & Turkish
  • Previous exposure to similar role in an FMCG environment is a plus
  • Very good oral and written communication skills, both in English and Turkish
  • Strong Microsoft Office package knowledge is mandatory with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Power BI or previous work experience with databases is a plus
  • Self-learner, willingness to develop skills according to role requirements
  • Ability to drive projects that will improve efficiency and accuracy of the current scope
  • Very good analytical skills and numeric abilities
  • Results oriented, team player with positive, can-do attitude
  • Able to manage competing tasks
