Country Sales Representative - Fertilizers Miejsce pracy: Poznań Rekrutujemy dla Dla naszego Klienta poszukujemy Specjalisty ds. Sprzedaży, doświadczonego w sprzedaży nawozów, adiuwantów, biostymulantów i środków ochrony roślin, który obejmie sprzedaż na rynku polskim.
Twój zakres obowiązków Nawiązywanie i utrzymywanie długotrwałych relacji z dystrybutorami i właścicielami farm na terenie całej Polski
Budowanie świadomości marki i pozycji produktu
Analiza rynku oraz potrzeb klientów oraz identyfikacja możliwości rozwoju współpracy
Prowadzenie szkoleń z zakresu portfolio firmy
Organizacja lokalnych prezentacji produktowych, szkoleń i konferencji
Udział w ogólnopolskich wydarzeniach naukowych
Realizacja założonych celów sprzedażowych oraz działań marketingowych i promocyjnych
Budowanie i zarządzanie zespołem przedstawicieli handlowych
Szkolenie i rozwój zespołu
Wymagania pracodawcy Wykształcenie wyższe (rolnictwo, nauki przyrodnicze, ogrodnictwo lub finanse z wcześniejszym doświadczeniem w branży)
Ok. 5-7 lat doświadczenia w sprzedaży nawozów lub środków ochrony roślin
Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego (poziom B2)
Samodzielność i zorientowanie na cel
Otwartość na podróże służbowe – ok. 50% czasu pracy, reszta pracy wykonywana zdalnie
