We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. The BDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and supporting the sales team in driving revenue growth for our Salesforce ISV products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of industries and organizational structures.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact, helping to elevate our Salesforce ISV business to the next level. Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is a plus.
1-2 years of experience as a Business Development Representative or in a similar B2B sales role. Proven expertise in outbound B2B campaigns, inside sales, or business development, with a strong emphasis on lead generation within the IT or SaaS industry.
Fluency in English (minimum C1 level)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
High level of motivation, initiative, and enthusiasm
Ability to find, analyze, and qualify potential customers
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic startup environment
Resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and challenges
Nice to have:
Experience with sales enablement and engagement tools (e.g. Apollo, Salesloft)
Experience in selling or promoting software products or solutions, especially in the Salesforce ecosystem
Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem, including products and solutions
Experience working with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce
