Duties and responsibilitiesAs a Business Development Representative at Semantive you will be responsible for:
Executing cold calling campaigns to initiate contact with prospective clients and qualify leads.
Generating leads through various channels such as online research, networking, and referrals.
Conducting email outreach campaigns to engage potential clients and nurture leads.
Utilizing LinkedIn and other social media platforms to expand our network and reach potential clients.
Conducting thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and potential opportunities.
Collaborating with the Growth Team to develop strategies for lead conversion and client acquisition.
Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of lead generation activities.
Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and expand our reach.
Experience, knowledge and skills
We are seeking candidates who possess:
A minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in an IT outsourcing company (experience in acquiring clients within the energy sector would be an asset).
Fluent English language skills, with a minimum proficiency level of C1 expected. Proficiency in German is considered advantageous.
Proficient command of the Polish language or the capability to establish and operate a business in Poland.
Nice to have:
Proficiency in utilizing sales tools, particularly CRM systems such as HubSpot.
