Your career opportunity

The purpose of the job is to provide Human Resources support to assigned business and employees across SD with regards to HR Admin services. Ensure and sustain the Customer Experience by delivering quality services to our business partners and stakeholders in a properly, accurately, and timely manner.

What you’ll do
 Support personnel hiring, employment continuity, grievance and terminations, personnel affairs and ensuring the completeness /accuracy of HR operations in line with internal and labour code provisions as well as HSBC policy.
 Maintain PeopleSoft data base and other HR systems.
 Cooperate with the Recruitment Team and external parties to ensure the smooth logistics of on-boarding process for global moves.
 Focus on high-quality customer service in each aspect of the HR Administration.
 Deal with special cases or new types of issues, establishing most effective way of processing it.
 Demonstrate excellence use of systems and procedures and knowledge of the Labour Code.

What you need to have to succeed in this role
 In depth knowledge of local labour regulation is a must (minimum 1 years of experience), Sophisticated manner (ability to relate to people, clients, and staff, at all levels). Preferably with thorough knowledge of HR Operations, work process and policies including familiarity with the impact of government regulations related to employment and benefits.
 Ability to work independently and collaborate with others as need be.
 Strong background in customer service and must have strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, conversational, verbal and written English communication skills.
 Ability to appreciate and uphold the confidentiality of employee data.
 Expert knowledge in the use of personal computers as well as pertinent mainframe systems and software packages.
