Operations Specialist Your responsibilities Verification of sales contracts;
Entering into the system, completing and managing documentation related to orders;
Daily cooperation with warehouse and issuing documentation for warehouse;
Managing documentation related to processing orders, customs and transport documentation;
Checking and approving cost invoices;
Risk control and applying for credit limits for clients;
Preparing reports on overdue payments;
Drawing up statistics and reports for the company's Management Board in China and Poland;
Our requirements Excellent communication and organizational skills are a priority;
Computer literate with good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), good knowledge of Excel spreadsheet is a must;
Attention to detail;
Knowledge of spoken and written English to communicate freely;
Knowledge of Chinese
For foreigners - fluency in Polish required;
Experience in administrative work and related to supervision of document circulation;
Ability to multitask and work under time pressure;
Ability to learn and adapt to a changing environment;
Optional
Knowledge of Chinese
Knowledge of SAP software
