We are looking for a Head of Engineering to drive technical innovation on our customer's product - Market Intelligence Platform. Our customer's goal is to elevate their clients’ brands through the power of technology-driven creativity. The product weaves together billions of dynamic data points, allowing users to navigate the evolving talent landscape. This modular platform focused on data enrichment, contextualization, and visualization.
Your main responsibilities for this position will be:
Build and manage a team of full-stack Software Engineers.
Contributing to product development as a hands-on, full-stack Engineer.
Collaborating on product roadmap development.
Communicating development timelines and resource needs to stakeholders.
Overseeing infrastructure and cost management.
Managing developer tools, SaaS products, and associated costs.
This offer will be a perfect match for you if you have:
10+ years of relevant industry experience.
Strong background in building scalable data-driven applications and a passion for creating intuitive visualization tools.
Solid skills in React and Node.
Practice with Data Visualization.
Proven leadership in Software Engineering experience.
Well-grounded understanding of AWS services and cost optimization.
Excellent communication and project management skills
It would be nice if you have:
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Practice with AI Integration: ChatGPT, Claude.
