Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our People&Culture team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping individuals find their perfect role.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Create and execute effective recruitment plans to attract top talent for various positions within the company.
Source Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to find potential candidates.
Screen and Interview Candidates: Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate Hiring Process: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, schedule interviews, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Offer Management: Extend offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms, and manage the offer acceptance process.
Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the company.
Maintain Recruitment Database: Keep accurate and organized records of all candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners to create a robust talent pipeline.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in SSC/BPO sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
