Cooperate with Business Development Managers to gather contract data and ensure it is accurately updated in the system. Project Support:
Assist the Head of Business Development Department in various global projects and initiatives. Collaboration:

Prepare and analyze sales reports to support business decisions. Our requirements Education:
Bachelor’s degree required. Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably in an administrative role within an international organization. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with data management systems is a plus. Language Skills:
Very good command of English. Knowledge of another European language is an advantage. Work Arrangement:
Openness to a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Niepodanie danych skutkuje brakiem możliwości rozpatrzenia kandydatury. Podanie pozostałych danych jest dobrowolne, ale może pomóc w sprawnym przeprowadzeniu procesu rekrutacji.Masz prawo żądać dostępu do Twoich danych (w tym uzyskania ich kopii), sprostowania danych, ich usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, przeniesienia, jak również wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec ich przetwarzania.
