Legal Manager Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Twój zakres obowiązków Realizację i kontrolę projektów prawnych,
Zarządzanie 3 osobowym zespołem specjalistów w obszarze prawa i compliance,
Superwizję i koordynację zadań powierzonych do działu prawnego w ramach zespołu,
Organizację pracy oraz prognozowanie potrzebnych zasobów ludzkich i czasowych do realizacji założonych planów biznesowych firmy,
Tworzenie i implementację nowych strategii prawnych firmy zgodnie z celami biznesowymi
Formułowanie nowych polityk prawnych oraz aktualizację
istniejących polityk gwarantujących zgodność działalności firmy z prawem we współpracy z innymi jednostkami organizacyjnymi,
Nadzór i zarządzanie wszystkimi sprawami prawnymi,
Doradztwo w zakresie umów i transakcji na skalę globalną i lokalną,
Obserwację oraz ocenę ryzyka prawno-biznesowego związanego z projektami wraz z innymi wyznaczonymi do tego jednostkami organizacyjnymi w firmie i podejmowanie odpowiednich działań prewencyjnych
Przekazywanie klarownych rekomendacji dotyczących planowanych rozwiązań biznesowych,
Zarządzanie sytuacjami kryzysowymi,
Współtworzenie procesu wsparcia prawnego w firmie,
Przygotowywanie wzorców umów, regulaminów, instrukcji, materiałów reklamowych związanych ze sprzedażą produktów firmy,
Udział w projektach lokalnych i Grupowych związanych z rozwojem nowych produktów firmy,
Współpraca i zarządzanie relacjami z zewnętrznymi kancelariami prawnymi i podatkowymi;
Zarządzanie postępowaniami administracyjnymi i sądowymi firmy.
Wymagania pracodawcy Co najmniej 3 lata doświadczenia w zarządzaniu zespołem prawnym,
Uprawnienia zawodowe Adwokata lub Radcy Prawnego
Bardzo dobrą
znajomość przepisów prawa gospodarczego, cywilnego, spółek handlowych,
znajomość przepisów z zakresu funkcjonowania instrumentów płatniczych.
Mile widziana znajomość prawa podatkowego
bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie, w tym terminologii prawniczej, pozwalająca na swobodną komunikację i tworzenie dokumentów,
Doskonałe umiejętności negocjacyjne i komunikacyjne,
umiejętność budowania trwałych relacji biznesowych, zdolność do prowadzenia skutecznych negocjacji i szerszego spojrzenia na
biznes, podejmowane działania,
Samodzielność , proaktywna postawa z umiejętnością podejmowania niezależnych, kluczowych decyzji,
Multitasking,
bardzo dobra umiejętność organizacji pracy własnej
