Jeśli masz doświadczenie w e-commerce lub SaaS, znasz się na marketingu cyfrowym, ale przede wszystkim – potrafisz kierować zespołem i masz odwagę wdrażać pomysły, to czytaj dalej

Twoje Wyzwania:
Tworzenie i realizacja strategii marketingowych: Jesteś odpowiedzialny/a za to, by nasze działania marketingowe miały sens i przynosiły efekty – to Ty wyznaczasz kurs
Analiza rynku i trendów: Musisz być na bieżąco z tym, co się dzieje na rynku, i potrafić szybko adaptować nasze strategie do nowych warunków.
Kreowanie treści: Nie tylko zamawiasz content, ale też dbasz o to, by był spójny, kreatywny i angażujący.
Zarządzanie zespołem: Masz pod sobą czteroosobowy zespół, którym zarządzasz tak, by każdy czuł, że jest częścią czegoś większego.
Ustalanie budżetu: Monitorujesz koszty, ale nie boisz się inwestować w kierunki, które naprawdę działają.
Współpraca z innymi działami: Łączysz siły z zespołami sprzedaży i produktowym, aby nasze działania były spójne i skuteczne.

Idealny Kandydat:
Doświadczenie w e-commerce lub SaaS: Minimum 3 lata jako Marketing Manager lub w podobnej roli (np. doświadczenie z agencji marketingowej), ale to Twój strategiczny umysł i zdolność do zarządzania kampaniami będą kluczowe.
Umiejętności przywódcze: Potrafisz nie tylko zarządzać zespołem, ale też go inspirować i motywować.
Znajomość narzędzi marketingowych: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Google Analytics – to dla Ciebie chleb powszedni, ale to strategia jest Twoją mocną stroną.
Analiza danych: Potrafisz spojrzeć na liczby i wyciągnąć z nich wnioski, które poprawią nasze wyniki.
Komunikatywność i organizacja: Jesteś mistrzem w komunikacji – zarówno wewnętrznej, jak i zewnętrznej.
Kreatywność i inicjatywa: Nie czekasz na gotowe rozwiązania – sam/a je tworzysz.

Świetnie Widzieliśmy kandydatów, którzy znali narzędzia, ale nie mieli doświadczenia w podejmowaniu strategicznych decyzji od początku – dlatego szukamy kogoś, kto potrafi wyznaczać kierunek i skutecznie prowadzić zespół do celu.
