Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Rozpoznasz potrzeby klientów (telefon, mail)
  • Doradzisz odpowiednie rozwiązania
  • Poprowadzisz prezentacje programu opartego na analizie danych (spotkania online)
  • Wstępnie ocenisz pozyskane leady
  • Skoordynujesz proces kontaktu z klientem
  • Pomożesz w rozwoju oprogramowania, informując zespół o nowych potrzebach klientów
  • Zaproponujesz i wspólnie z zespołem zrealizujesz usprawnienia w procesie sprzedaży
  • Opiszesz przebieg komunikacji z klientem w CRM-ie


Nasze wymagania

  • Masz doświadczenie w sprzedaży usług IT (klient korporacyjny, klient biznesowy)
  • Umiesz budować długotrwałe relacje biznesowe
  • Łączysz swoją komunikatywność z umiejętnością współpracy na wszystkich szczeblach organizacji
  • Wiesz jak pracować na celach sprzedażowych
  • Masz doskonałe umiejętności organizacyjne, negocjacyjne i zarządzania czasem
  • Posługujesz się językiem angielskim (w mowie i w piśmie), min. B2
  • Rozumiesz dane i potrafisz o nich rozmawiać
  • Masz doświadczenie z rynkiem zamówień publicznych
