Booksy, the leader in online booking solutions, is looking for a New Category Sales Specialist to support our expansion into new markets in the area of physiotherapy If you have sales experience and want to work in an innovative environment, we are looking for you


Your responsibilities:


  • Driving sales of SaaS and Boost products in the new category – physiotherapy.
  • Actively acquiring new customers and managing the entire sales cycle – from first contact to deal closure.
  • Establishing contact with decision-makers and conducting sales conversations (via phone and online).
  • Conducting market research and tailoring sales activities to meet specific customer needs and trends in the medical sector.
  • Creating product demonstrations and assisting clients in configuring the application according to their needs.
  • Managing client relationships – from initial contact through the onboarding process.
  • Representing Booksy at industry fairs and events, acquiring new clients.
  • Collaborating closely with the Onboarding Team and logging activities in the CRM (Salesforce).
  • Participating in assigned projects, meetings, and training sessions.


Our requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales (preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical industry).
  • Experience in telephone sales is required.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to adapt them to the specific needs of the medical and pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong internal motivation to achieve set goals and a target-oriented approach.
  • Ability to build and develop long-term customer relationships, with a focus on successively expanding the client portfolio.
  • Maturity, independence, responsibility, and a high level of engagement.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to focus attention and energy on activities that yield effective results.
  • Good knowledge of Google Suite and CRM Salesforce.
  • Proactive approach to building customer relationships through social networks.
  • Communicative level of English (minimum B1).
