Your responsibilities:
- Driving sales of SaaS and Boost products in the new category – physiotherapy.
- Actively acquiring new customers and managing the entire sales cycle – from first contact to deal closure.
- Establishing contact with decision-makers and conducting sales conversations (via phone and online).
- Conducting market research and tailoring sales activities to meet specific customer needs and trends in the medical sector.
- Creating product demonstrations and assisting clients in configuring the application according to their needs.
- Managing client relationships – from initial contact through the onboarding process.
- Representing Booksy at industry fairs and events, acquiring new clients.
- Collaborating closely with the Onboarding Team and logging activities in the CRM (Salesforce).
- Participating in assigned projects, meetings, and training sessions.
Our requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales (preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical industry).
- Experience in telephone sales is required.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to adapt them to the specific needs of the medical and pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong internal motivation to achieve set goals and a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to build and develop long-term customer relationships, with a focus on successively expanding the client portfolio.
- Maturity, independence, responsibility, and a high level of engagement.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to focus attention and energy on activities that yield effective results.
- Good knowledge of Google Suite and CRM Salesforce.
- Proactive approach to building customer relationships through social networks.
- Communicative level of English (minimum B1).
