Construction Software Sales Director @

We are looking for a candidate with prior experience in B2B sales, ideally with a background in construction or working with construction companies. The ideal applicant is a proactive team player who demonstrates open-mindedness, creativity, and a solution-oriented approach. Strong communication skills and an ability to listen effectively are essential, along with a track record of setting and delivering on goals. A valid Category B driving license is required, and fluency in both Polish and English is a must. Additionally, familiarity with basic CRM tools and a working knowledge of Word and Excel for creating reports and proposals are important. Experience with or knowledge of additional languages, such as Ukrainian or Russian, would be considered a plus.
