- Receiving and processing purchase orders, validating data accuracy and completeness.
- Responding to customer inquiries and addressing concerns via email, providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve order-related queries and obstacles.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
- Experience in a similar position would be an asset, but not required.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of SAP is beneficial, but not essential.
