We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Portugal, supporting clients from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional support via phone and email, addressing various customer inquiries and concerns;
  • Utilize established procedures to provide accurate and comprehensive information;
  • Prioritize customer queries, ensuring timely resolutions and responses;
  • BUILD strong relationships with customers through courteous, friendly, and professional communication;
  • Meet and surpass quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets;
  • Contribute to creating an outstanding customer experience that drives loyalty and satisfaction;
  • Collaborate with management to align with company objectives and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

  • Capacity to guide customers through intricate processes from start to finish;
  • EU citizenship or Portuguese residence.
