We're seeking a highly skilled Product Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class support to our global customer base.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is: 76,300 - 122,100 PLN per year. In addition to competitive base pay, the compensation package may include other incentives like bonus or commission, along with a generous benefits package.

Job Description

This role provides support through different channels, including phone and Salesforce cases. As a Product Support Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to develop a deep knowledge of Cornerstone's solutions and provide telephone and written support to customers, resolving technical and functional problems of varied complexity.

  • Develop a deep understanding of Cornerstone's solutions.
  • Provide prompt and effective support to customers via phone and email.
  • Handle all types of customer situations, assessing severity, impact, and escalating to management when necessary.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through adherence to SLAs and communication with customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A background in problem-solving and customer support.
  • Highly organized with experience of processes, SLAs, and tools in Customer Support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak confidently and articulately with customers.
  • Ability to listen effectively and show patience while working with customers.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and work well under pressure.
  • Experience troubleshooting web applications.
