We are seeking a highly skilled Polish speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Portugal. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone and email on a range of issues.


Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide timely and accurate support to customers via phone and email.
  • Use the right procedures to ensure customers receive accurate and complete information.
  • Own customer queries and ensure timely resolution and response.
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers by answering questions in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Meet and exceed customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.
  • Create an amazing customer experience that people value and we are proud of.
  • Follow management direction and provide feedback.

About You:



  • Polish C2 level.
  • English B2 level.
  • Ability to resolve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.
  • Self-sufficient and confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to connectivity, systems, and devices.
  • Ability to walk customers through complex procedures from start to finish.
  • EU citizenship or Portuguese residence.
