We are seeking a highly skilled Polish speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Portugal. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone and email on a range of issues.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate support to customers via phone and email.
- Use the right procedures to ensure customers receive accurate and complete information.
- Own customer queries and ensure timely resolution and response.
- Build meaningful relationships with customers by answering questions in a courteous and professional manner.
- Meet and exceed customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.
- Create an amazing customer experience that people value and we are proud of.
- Follow management direction and provide feedback.

About You:
- Polish C2 level.

- EU citizenship or Portuguese residence.
