About the Role

The Artwork Project Manager will oversee the artwork development process for new product initiatives, from design to production release. This role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high levels of complexity are handled effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the development of packaging artwork from design phase to printing, leveraging expertise as a trusted artwork specialist and valued business partner.
  • Establish project schedules to deliver artwork in synchronization with overall initiative timelines and success criteria, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
  • Onboard and train team members on artwork processes and tools, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency.
  • Own key artwork process metrics, driving improvements and ensuring delivery against targets.
  • Initiate and lead artwork meetings to address issues, resolve conflicts, and drive decision-making within the initiative team and with external partners.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and implement structural fixes for final artwork rejections, requesting action plans from cross-functional teams to improve results.
  • Promote continuous improvement and efficiency in artwork processes, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with graphic artwork studios, print suppliers, and other key stakeholders.

  • Exhibit leadership skills to manage complexity, collaborate with internal teams, and influence suppliers in dynamic environments.

  • Conduct data analyses, present outcomes, and drive decision-making processes.
  • Emphasize attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in supply chain, project management, or artwork development.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Mastery of MS Office tools, with optional experience in ESKO WebCenter and MS Project.
