Middle Office Specialist - Trade Management

Universal Investment is seeking an experienced Middle Office Specialist to support our growing business in Trade Management.

This role entails:

  • Supporting trade confirmation processing and settlement instruction management for various products.
  • Communicating with front office teams, clients, brokers, custodians, and fund accounting to address trade-related issues.
  • Monitoring trades for timely settlement processing, including pre-matching, cancelling, and re-booking as necessary.
  • Document control and indexing of securities transactions.
  • Validating transferable securities transactions and coordinating with custodian banks.
  • Payment instruction processing.

To succeed, you'll require:

  • Middle Office experience, preferably in collective investment vehicles and Custodian Bank operations.
  • A degree in Economics or Finance (or equivalent).
  • English language proficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a problem-solving approach.
