We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Customer Care Representative, where you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and support. Your responsibilities will include:
• Monitoring physical and information flows to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
• Managing all incoming calls and emails from customers
• Coordinating and communicating with customers, sales teams, and back-office teams to resolve issues and deliver outstanding results
• Proactively contacting customers to explore opportunities for improvement and enhance their overall experience
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an international or wholesale company
• Excellent knowledge of SAP and MS Excel
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Accurate attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
