Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced User Support Specialist to join our team in one of the biggest European organizations.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality technical assistance and support services for both internal and external users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing technical assistance and support services via phone, email, or in-person
  • Processing service requests and incidents reported via a self-service portal
  • Analyzing and resolving reported incidents
  • Escalating issues to domain-specific support lines when necessary
  • Contributing to knowledge base development
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree plus at least 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • At least 2 years (full-time) experience at a similar position
  • Excellent understanding of complex information systems and their interoperability
  • Knowledge of workstations' operating systems, directory services, and TCP/IP networking
  • Prior experience with ITIL processes, especially incident and request fulfillment
