Cybersecurity Operations Lead

As a Cybersecurity Operations Lead, you will be responsible for managing our SOC team and driving our cybersecurity operations forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the SOC team and manage log analysis, malware triage, and threat intelligence information related to fund management entities;
  • Develop and implement effective cybersecurity strategies and procedures;
  • Write technical reports based on findings and give evidence in court as an expert witness;
  • Communicate effectively at various levels and coordinate with other teams such as HR and Legal to aid with security forensics;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology;
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in incident response or CSIRT;
  • Practical experience in computer forensics, host and network-based security monitoring, traffic and log analysis;
  • Experience with SOC practice management;
  • Advanced hands-on experience with building Cyber security SIEM use-cases;
  • Hands-on experience with threat hunting;
  • Completion of relevant certifications;
  • Excellent understanding in offensive cybersecurity and strong leadership;
