Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Care Delivery Specialist with Spanish and English to join our HR Services team. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to clients' employees who contact us with questions about HR procedures or their employment benefits.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to clients' employees through various channels (phone, webchat, or other) on HR procedures and employment benefits.
- Explain how to use online HR systems.
- Investigate complex cases.
Requirements
- Excellent English (C1 minimum)
- Excellent Spanish (C1 minimum)
- Adaptability and attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivation and willingness to learn
