Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate information to our indirect customers, resolving queries, and responding to complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders through various stages, including return authorizations and credit note requests, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage customer queries and communication, ensuring successful dispatch of deliveries, primarily via email.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure deliveries are sent.
  • Prioritize workload and organize time to meet deadlines and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Highlight concerns over workload or changes in priorities to management to ensure delivery on deadlines.
  • Process customer invoices, following procedures closely and ensuring fast and accurate turnaround.
  • Support reconciliation of consignment stock as directed, ensuring accurate updates and efficient follow-up.

Requirements:

  • Fluent level of Spanish and English.
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite.
  • Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of customer service skills and practices.
  • Knowledge of company policies and processes.
  • Advanced keyboard accuracy.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Ability to use positive language.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and customers.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Positive interactions with members of the organization.
  • Time management.
  • Previous experience working with exporting customer orders and deliveries.
