Lubricants Business Development Manager

We are searching for a highly skilled sales expert to manage the MOL lubricants business in the Polish market.
Responsibilities:- Manage and develop direct and indirect sales channels for MOL lubricants and auto chemicals in Poland.
- Negotiate with external partners, resolve customer issues, conclude sales contracts, monitor performance and outstanding liabilities.
- Develop proposals for product rationalisation, new products, and services, provide advice on product applicability to users.
- Analyse competitors, gather information, and report to headquarters.
A successful candidate will have:
- University degree in commercial, mechanical or chemical engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the automotive or lubricants industry.
- Proven management skills for direct and indirect sales channels.
- Sales-oriented mindset with strong customer focus.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of the Polish lubricants market, especially the industrial segment.
- Strong organisation and communication skills in a matrix organisation.
- Positive, collaborative, and proactive personality.
- Good command of English.
- Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Conceptual and analytical thinking.
- Negotiation skills.
- Driving license category B.
- Independent and interesting position in a rapidly developing company.
