The position of the External Stakeholder Engagement (ESE) CoE Senior Analyst involves working closely with Engagement Owners and Sponsorship Owners to ensure seamless execution of external stakeholder engagements and sponsorship requests. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in operational guidance and support. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring KPIs and metrics for ESE and Sponsorship processes, ensuring alignment with established SLAs.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Operational Guidance and Support: Provide operational guidance and administrative support to Engagement Owners and Sponsorship Owners.
  2. Problem Resolution: Resolve problems in straightforward situations using technical experience and judgment.
  3. KPI Monitoring: Report and monitor KPIs and metrics for ESE and Sponsorship processes, ensuring alignment with established SLAs.

Requirements:
  1. Education: A university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  2. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced administration or operational role.
  3. Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  4. Teamwork: Experience partnering and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
