About the Role

This office-based position in Warsaw, Poland requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. As a Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for handling incoming requests, solving issues, and providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for customers, responding to various incoming requests and resolving emerging issues.
  • Handling customer complaints and concerns.
  • Assisting with flight reservations, itinerary changes, baggage issues, and more.
  • Participating in improving service quality and customer satisfaction by providing insights on how to enhance the experience.
  • Recognizing customer needs and building relationships to improve satisfaction.
  • Attending specialized training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals with:

  • Fluency in Danish language (C1 level or higher) and English language (B2 level or higher).
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to navigate the internet and MS Office applications efficiently.
  • Pleasant, energetic, and trustworthy personality.
