Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Business Development Specialist to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving sales and market expansion initiatives for ZF's digital and connectivity solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the automotive aftermarket landscape;
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to gather insights, define target market segments, and develop go-to-market strategies;
- Develop actionable insights to drive sales and market expansion initiatives;
- Maintain deep understanding of the automotive industry landscape and identify growth opportunities;
- Work effectively in cross-functional teams to drive results across multiple regions globally.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field required; MBA preferred;
- Proven experience as a business analyst, sales analyst, or related role in the SAAS industry, preferably within the automotive sector;
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, market research, and financial modeling;
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts and present findings to stakeholders;
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools.
